Common requests

Delete my account & data
In the app (recommended): Settings → Delete account. Your account and all content are removed immediately and permanently.
No access to the app: Email appearancefb@gmail.com with subject “Delete account” from your registered address. We’ll verify ownership and confirm once deletion is complete.
Note: Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Press & partnerships
Use subject [Press] or [Partnership] and include your outlet/company, deadline, and topic.

Privacy & data requests (GDPR/DSR)
Use subject [Privacy/DSR]. Tell us what you need (access, deletion, correction, copy of data). We’ll guide you through verification.

Bug reports & product feedback
Use subject [Support] or [Feedback]. Add steps to reproduce, device model, OS version, and screenshots if possible.

Security / vulnerability disclosure
Use subject [Security]. Please include a concise description and reproducible steps. We appreciate responsible disclosure — do not share exploit code publicly before we respond.
